We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. We also offer a 1-year guarantee through our 2nd Home Take Back program for products that don't meet your expectations.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
