At Coyuchi, we want you to love your organic home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. For products that have been laundered or used, our 365-day 2nd Home Take Back program ensures your textiles are responsibly recycled or renewed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label or a printerless QR code for easy drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, or a secure mailer, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Bring your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
